Piano Performance (2022 ~ Present)

I have had a deep connection with music since my childhood in South Korea.
I began learning piano at the age of six and chose a path that was quite different from many other students. While most students gave up activities like piano to focus solely on academics and college preparation, I realized early on how much emotional and spiritual richness music brought into my life. I made a commitment to balance both my musical journey and my academic goals. This steady effort has played an important role in shaping who I am today, and I continue to grow as someone who knows how to keep music as a meaningful part of my life.

In June 2022, after finishing middle school, I faced a major turning point when I moved with my family to the Bay Area.
Even as I adjusted to a new environment, I never let go of my passion for piano. Under the guidance of my current teacher, Jeeae Kim, I have continued to develop musically. Over the past three years, music has been a constant source of comfort and strength for me, helping me face big changes with maturity and courage.
To me, the piano is much more than just an instrument — it is a source of resilience and a reminder of who I am even in times of challenge.

Each year, I experience these meaningful moments through various performances, including house concerts, annual concerts, and benefit concerts.
